  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
